Our Property

Important rental information:

All rentals are for one week intervals, beginning on Saturday at 2:00 pm and ending on Saturday at 10:00 am. Successive intervals may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. Occupancy is strictly limited as indicated due to the capacity of the septic systems. If additional space is required, please request the concurrent use of another cottage. Babies and small children are counted as people in all cases.

The use of each cottage includes free use of the beach by you and your family. A canoe and three kayaks are available for shared use by all guests. The state of New Hampshire requires that you wear NH-approved life preservers. Oars, paddles and life preservers are available, and should be returned to the boathouse each evening. Please pull the boats well out of the water and turn them over when not in use. Paddles are not toys or shovels! Please enjoy and take care of our boating equipment.

There are games, playing cards and puzzles in each house. Each house is also adequately stocked with dishes, glassware, pillows, and blankets for the number of people planned for each house. We do not provide sheets or towels.

House rules:

- We do not allow smoking in any cottage. If you smoke on the beach, please clean up after yourself.

- Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property, including in the buildings and on the beach.

- Fires are not allowed on the beach.

- If you dig big holes while playing in the sand, please fill them in before nightfall.

- Please do not move furniture or dishes from one house to another. This creates a problem for subsequent guests and can strain our old furniture.

- A maximum of (4) outside visitors each day are allowed per rental unit. These visitors may not spend the night.
